Customer Service Specialist ( Mandarin/Cantonese speaking/writing and basic English)

SPM and above or fresh graduates welcomed

Job task : Attend email, inbound & outbound customer queries and problem

Working days : Rotational working days (6 days working 1 days 0ff )

Shift time 24 hours rotation. 9 hour per shift including 1 hour meal breaks

Training Duration: 1 month

Mode : Work from Office ( No work from Home )

Working Location : Johor or Selangor

Basic Salary

RM 3,200

KPI Allowances - Additional RM400 per month

Night Shift and 6 working days Allowance - Additional RM600 per month
